cee-change – Therapy with Change in Mind

Life may at some point present us with crossroads where we will need to make decisions or review our mindset, understanding, perspective. This is not easy to do alone. Having the support of a therapist to be alongside when going through a difficult period can be reassuring and life changing.

I have built my therapy practice to facilitate change. Change from unhealthy habits, change from unhappy living, change from the mundane, change from being somehow stuck. Change can mean acceptance of what is, reevaluation of what is true for us and letting go of what does not serve us anymore. Change can be subtle, a gentle shift in how we see and connect to the world and those around us. 

To step into change is courageous. I am here to pick up on and nurture this courage.
