cee-change – Therapy with Change in Mind

Life sometimes brings us to moments where something needs to shift.

A crossroads, a quiet inner nudge, or a sense that the way we’ve been coping is no longer working. These moments can feel overwhelming when we face them alone. Having someone alongside you — someone steady, attuned, and trained to help you make sense of what’s unfolding — can bring clarity, relief, and real change.

My practice is built around supporting people through these turning points. For some, change means breaking long‑held patterns or stepping out of ways of living that feel heavy or unfulfilling. For others, it’s about understanding themselves more deeply, making sense of their story, or finding a way forward when life feels stuck.

Change doesn’t always arrive dramatically. Often it begins as a subtle shift — a softening, a new perspective, a different way of relating to yourself or the world around you. Sometimes it looks like acceptance; sometimes it looks like letting go. All of it is valid, and all of it is work we can do together.

Choosing to step into change is an act of courage. My role is to recognise that courage, nurture it, and help you move at a pace that feels safe and grounded.
