I am accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a member of the EMDR Association UK.
Alongside my private practice, I work within The Priory Group, supporting clients in both general therapy and specialist addiction services. My approach is trauma‑informed, neurodiversity‑affirming, and rooted in emotional safety.
I also partner with educators, conference providers, and Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs) to deliver talks, lectures, and wellbeing seminars. These sessions cover topics such as trauma, emotional regulation, stress, boundaries, and addiction, and are designed to be accessible for both professionals and the general public.
As a coach I also work with the team at Women Who Don’t Drink, a community where women explore changing their relationship with alcohol in a way that feels empowering and sustainable. Support is offered through private coaching and group sessions, whether the intention is to stop, reduce, or take a mindful break.
I closely collaborate with a trusted network of therapists and coaches. When helpful, I may recommend connecting with one of my colleagues to ensure the best fit and continuity of care.
My aim in every collaboration is to create spaces where people feel informed, supported, and able to engage with emotional wellbeing in a way that feels grounded and relatable.
