In therapy I focus on the individual and what meaningful for them in the here and now.
As an integrative practitioner I draw from evidenced- based practices of motivational, mindfulness and metacognitive therapies with a strong emphasis on mind-body connection. My training in Compassionate Inquiry gives me a unique appreciation of how past life events or trauma can play a role in one’s beliefs, thoughts, and emotions in the present- and how to create an understanding for them.
I believe that each therapy is personalised, and its course is guided by the alliance between me and you as my client.
